1 General Provisions and Definitions

In these terms and conditions, "bdkok", "we", "us" refers to the bdkok platform and its operating entity. "User", "you" refers to any person registered on the platform.

"Platform" refers to the bdkok website, mobile version and all services connected to it. "Games" refers to all casino games, slots, fishing games, sports betting and other entertainment services available on the platform.

These terms and conditions apply to users in Bangladesh and all transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

Registration and use of the bdkok platform is permitted only for persons aged 21 or older. Any account belonging to a person under 21 will be closed immediately and any associated funds may be forfeited.

2.2 Account Creation Rules

Each user may create only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are detected, all accounts will be suspended and all balances and bonuses will be cancelled.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at registration — name, date of birth, contact details — must be completely true and accurate. bdkok reserves the right to permanently close any account where false or incorrect information has been provided.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

bdkok may request identity verification documents at any time. A copy of a National ID (NID), passport or driving licence may be required. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.

3 Account Security and Responsibility

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Sharing your account with any third party is strictly prohibited.

If you notice any unauthorised activity on your account, notify our support team immediately. You are responsible for all account activity, whether authorised or unauthorised.

• Never share your password with anyone.
• Always log out after using a public device.
• Contact support immediately if you notice any suspicious activity.
• Only use your own funds in your account.

4 Financial Transactions — Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount at bdkok is ৳200 (per method). Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. All deposits are credited to the account instantly — there is no lengthy processing time.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. After a withdrawal request is submitted, payment is generally made within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the deposit.

4.3 Transaction Limits

bdkok may set daily or weekly transaction limits as needed. We may request additional verification for unusual transactions.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

bdkok complies with international anti-money laundering guidelines. If a suspicious transaction is identified, the account may be temporarily suspended pending investigation. Using the account solely to move funds without any gaming purpose is strictly prohibited.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. A minimum deposit of ৳200 is required to receive this bonus.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

A 10x (ten times) wagering requirement must be completed before bonus funds can be withdrawn. This means if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, a total of ৳10,000 in bets must be placed before withdrawal. The bonus contribution rate may vary by game.

5.3 Bonus Expiry

The validity period of each bonus is specified in the relevant offer. Any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled if the wagering requirement is not completed within the specified period.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

Abuse of the bonus system — such as claiming bonuses using multiple accounts, applying risk-free betting strategies or any other manipulation — is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, all bonuses and winnings will be cancelled.

6 Gaming Rules and Fair Play

bdkok uses software from reputable game providers to ensure fair and transparent results across all games — including games from Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Evolution Gaming, Spribe and many more.

Random Number Generator (RNG) technology is used to determine game outcomes, ensuring that the result of every round is completely independent and unbiased.

• The use of any bots, automated software or tools that provide an artificial advantage is prohibited.
• Any attempt to interfere with game outcomes will result in account closure.
• Incorrect winning amounts displayed due to a technical error are not required to be paid.
• If a connection is lost during a game session, the most recent server-side data will be considered final.

7 VIP Programme and Cashback

bdkok has five VIP tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Users can be promoted to higher tiers based on their activity and loyalty.

• Bronze: up to 0.2% cashback per week
• Silver: up to 0.4% cashback per week
• Gold: up to 0.6% cashback per week
• Platinum: up to 0.8% cashback per week
• Diamond: up to 1.0% cashback per week

bdkok reserves the right to modify the terms and details of VIP benefits at any time. Cashback is calculated on a weekly basis and is paid subject to the relevant conditions.

8 Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure:

• Operating multiple accounts.
• Registering using false or forged identity documents.
• Using bots, macros or any other automated software.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities in the platform or attempting to hack it.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal transactions.
• Using a third party's credit card or payment account.
• Attempting to harass or defraud other users.
• Misconduct towards or threatening bdkok staff.

9 Account Closure and Suspension

9.1 Account Closure by bdkok

bdkok reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without notice for any breach of these terms. Depending on the severity of the breach, all or part of the balance and bonuses may be forfeited.

9.2 Account Closure by the User

10 Privacy and Data Protection

Any financial loss arising from participation in gambling is at the user's own risk. bdkok never guarantees any gambling outcome or profit.

14 Changes to Terms

bdkok reserves the right to partially or fully modify these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified through the platform of any significant changes.

15 Applicable Law
